Paul & Alison have sailed all around Britain on their bigger boat, but now they relate how they trailed their very small boat to the mainly-unknown Limfjord. They found pretty harbours with many facilities, in a beautiful rural landscape. They sailed unexpectedly big waters with little tide, but found overwhelming hospitality from the local people who were intrigued to meet such rare British visitors arriving in their ‘havns’. They explain how to use the havn network and describe the scenery of the remote, unspoilt countryside, which is directly accessible to the more adventurous cruising sailors, from our area.
